What it does, one feature at a time

Each feature below is in Proofyard today. The screenshots are from the app with sample data (made-up clients and people), not mock-ups.

  1. 01

Project management for web design agencies

Phases from brief to launch, a list and a board on the same work, workload by person, and Claude's state on every task. Made in a web studio, for web studios.

    See how it works

The Acme project as a list: nine tasks with assignee, due date, priority, estimate and phase, and chips such as Queued for Claude, Needs you, Blocker and Out of scope
  2. 02

    Client feedback for Claude Design

Your team and your clients pin notes on Claude Design boards and on the staging or live site, clients without an account, and the notes go back to Claude as one clear list.

A Claude Design board for the Acme About page open full size in Proofyard, version 2, with two numbered pins and the notes panel listing them
  3. 03

A client portal your clients understand

Clients see what waits for them, approve a design with the pins beside it, and follow their project in plain stages. They never see your internal notes.

    See how it works

A home page waiting for the client's approval, with its stage line, Request changes and Approve, a note saying who hears the answer, and the design with a pinned comment
  4. 04

    Smart actions

The board fills in who, when and how important, suggests the next step after a comment, balances the week with you and keeps the inbox quiet. Each one is a suggestion: one click takes it, and Undo takes it back.

The New task window with the title Moodboard for the Acme logo by friday, urgent, and three suggestions under it: Cleo Park with Claude's mark, 16 Oct and Time Sensitive
  5. 05

    Meeting notes to tasks

Paste a meeting's notes or transcript; Claude lays out who does what by when, you check it, and the follow-ups become tasks that get chased.

    See how it works

A read meeting: a reminder and two follow-ups with owners and dates, each with Create and Leave out; the sitemap follow-up is already a task card on the right, tied to its line by a thin curve
  6. 06

A support inbox that knows your projects

Client email lands next to its project. Claude suggests the open task a mail is about, or drafts a new one, and a person decides. In early access.

    See how it works

A mail about a contact form with Claude's summary, the open task it belongs to, and ticked suggestions to post the mail on the task and set the due date to Thursday
