Asana health check
See how a project's work really moved in the last 90 days: how often due dates were pushed, and how often a task changed hands right after someone asked a question. Read only; nothing is stored.
The token goes to Asana from our server for these reads only. It is not stored, logged or kept in your browser.
What it reads
- 1
Due-date changes
Every time a due date moved, by how many days, and whether it moved on or after the old date.
- 2
Hand-offs
Each reassignment, and whether the same person had just written a comment, which usually means a question passed on.
- 3
Tasks that bounce
Tasks that changed hands four times or more in 90 days.
Why we built it
We ran this on our own Asana first
In October 2026 we read 90 days of our studio's Asana through its API before building our own board. The numbers surprised us: most of the activity was dates being pushed and tasks being handed back after a question.
That is what our board automates: dates move with one key and a suggested working day, and a task is handed back to whoever you asked in one click. This tool lets you see your own numbers first.
Questions
Is my token safe?
It is sent to our server and from there to Asana for the reads this check needs, and nothing else. It is not stored, written to a log or kept in your browser after you leave the page. Delete the token in Asana when you are done.
What does it change in Asana?
Nothing. It only reads: your name and workspaces, the project list, and the history (stories) of the project's tasks.
How long does it take?
Usually under a minute. It reads up to 400 tasks changed in the last 90 days, twenty at a time.
Why only one project?
So the check stays quick and the numbers mean something. Run it again for another project.
Do I need an account?
No. The check works without signing up. If you want to move a project out of Asana afterwards, Proofyard imports it read only.
