Privacy

Last updated 16 October 2026

What Proofyard keeps about you and your work, in plain words. It will grow into a full privacy policy; what is written here already applies.

Who decides about the data

A workspace belongs to the agency or team that made it. For the work in it (projects, tasks, files, and what the agency's clients write), that team decides what goes in and who sees it; we keep it and run the app for them.

For your own account (your name, email address and sign-in), we are responsible.

What is stored

Your account: name, email address, photo, time zone, and your notification and device settings.

The work: tasks, comments, files, designs, meeting notes, feedback with its screenshots and the technical details the feedback widget collects (browser, page address, console errors and failed requests).

A log of what happens on tasks, each time Claude is used (which feature and what it cost), and each time an admin views the app as someone.

In your browser: the sign-in session, and small preferences such as a tab you left open. There is no advertising or tracking.

Where it is kept, and who helps

The database, files and sign-in run on Supabase, in the European Union (Frankfurt). The app itself is served by Vercel.

Anthropic runs Claude: features that draft, sort or answer send it the text they need. Emails go out through Resend. Payments go through Stripe; card details go to Stripe only, never to us. Cloudflare Turnstile checks that sign-ins come from people, when it is switched on.

Asana, Toggl, Google Drive and other tools only get or give data when a workspace connects them, and only what that connection needs.

How long

The work stays while the workspace exists. Anything moved to the trash is deleted for good after 30 days, and the record of Claude's calls (prompt and answer) after 30 days.

An account that is deleted takes its profile and sign-in with it. What the person wrote in a workspace stays with that workspace, as the team's record, unless the team removes it.

Your choices

You can change your name, photo and notifications in Settings, Profile, and ask for your account to be deleted there.

To get a copy of your data, have something corrected, or ask a question about any of this, write to the address below. A workspace's own work is the team's to export or remove: ask its owner.
