Terms of use
Last updated 18 October 2026
These are the terms everyone in a Proofyard workspace works under, in plain words. They will grow into full terms; what is written here already applies.
Your workspace and its admins
A workspace belongs to the team that made it. Its owners and admins decide who joins, which projects each person sees, and what clients see.
Owners and admins can open a member's profile and choose View as, to see the app the way that member sees it. While they view: nothing can be changed, sent or approved (the database refuses every change). The member gets a note in their Inbox each time, and every viewing is listed in their Profile settings. Nobody can view an owner, and only an owner can view an admin.
What is stored
Your name, email address, photo and time zone, and your notification and device settings.
What you and your team add: tasks, comments, files, designs, meeting notes, and feedback with its screenshots and the technical details the feedback widget collects (browser, page address, console errors and failed requests).
What happens on tasks (who changed what and when), each time Claude is used (which feature, how much it used and cost), and each View as.
Claude
Some features send the text they need to Anthropic's Claude to draft, sort or answer: briefs, meeting notes, feedback, and questions you ask. What people write is passed to Claude as data, never as instructions.
Claude never publishes, emails a client or approves on its own: a person does.
Leaving
To leave a workspace, or to have what you added removed, ask its owner. They can remove you and what you made.
