Who makes Proofyard
Proofyard is made by Woofocus, a small web studio that has built and looked after client websites since 2010. We built it to run our own production first, and any agency can open a workspace of its own.

Woofocus is a web studio in Kingston upon Thames, London. Since 2010 we have designed, built and looked after websites for clients in the UK, the United States and Canada, including WordPress and WooCommerce sites.
Ali Demirci founded the studio and writes the articles on our blog.

Why we built it
Our own production was spread across too many tools
For years our work lived in Asana, client feedback in BugHerd and email, and the rest in chat. When we read 90 days of our own Asana in October 2026, due dates had been changed 868 times, 756 of them pushed later, and 54% of reassignments came within two minutes of the same person writing a comment. Most of that is carrying work between people, not design or development.
Proofyard is the board we built to take that carrying off people: Claude does the connecting work, and a person approves, sends and publishes.
When it started
First code on 3 October 2026
The first line of Proofyard was written on 3 October 2026. It is a young product: we are moving our own studio's projects into it now, and the comparison pages say plainly where older tools are the better choice.
What changes each week is on the changelog.
Where it runs
Frankfurt, Vercel and Anthropic's API
The database, files and sign-in run on Supabase in Frankfurt, Germany. The app is served by Vercel. Claude is reached through Anthropic's API, with only the text a feature needs.
